Hi,

What are the choices (if there are any) as to which region AWS servers are located in?

As I understand it, some countries insist that their patients medical records are only stored on servers in their own country.

OpenEMR providing hosting is a great service, and makes things so much easier, but it does generate some questions.

hi @OpenEMRNewbie, pretty sure you have a list of regions to choose from after you start the installation there.

What I’m asking is whether COUNTRY MINISTRIES of HEALTH insist on WHERE their patient data is held.

Do they insist that THEIR data is ONLY stored in their country?
