Scheduling appointments 3x /week or 2x/week

I have version 4.10 of OpenEMR.
Is there a OpenEMR version or patch that lets you create appointments 2x or 3x/week instead of just every x number of days?
(Every other workday ends up 3x one week, 2 x the next)

If current options are not good enough for your needs, how about creating multiple appointments recurring every 2 weeks?
