We have created a form in the LBF generator. When we look at the form in the encounter preview, there are no save buttons. This same behavior is seen with the form in the patient portal. It seems like a permission setting. I will try importing the form to the demo and see if I get the same results.

Is there something not turned on?
Here is the portal view of the document.
It is not a settings issue the form does not show the buttons at the bottom like on the clinic side.
The save button is at the top. Not the most intuitive place but it works.
