RXNorm correct process

Situation
I am trying to determine the correct process for installing RXNorm in 7.0.3(4).
OpenEMR Version
I’m using OpenEMR version
7.0.3(4)

Browser:
Chrome

Operating System
I’m using: ubuntu server

Search
Did you search the forum for similar questions?
yes but none are consistant in the correct steps

Logs
Did you check the logs? no
Was there anything pertinent in them? no

What is the correct version to download? the version with no license requirement?

Should I upload the zip file to /contrib/rxnorm/

If I extract the zip i have multiple db’s and multiple configurations.

I can’t determine what I should do? I saw where I should activate a list however I don’t see any list for rxnorm?

I’m just a little confused.

Hi @Warren ,

You have to upload the file as a zip and keep it like that. Please check these posts and remember this might take some time, so be patient and you may need to change some of the parameters in php.ini:

For those who encounter same problem, available documentation not up to date so here’s what you should do: change post max and upload max to 80M (otherwise, you might get the “loading successful, 0 new, 0 updates” message after uploading RXnorm in open emr, admin\forms\lists manage lists drop down field, choose code types change RXCUI to active (otherwise, you’ll get “no active code set” message when trying to upload RXnorm) download monthly zip as instructed admin\coding\native dat…

I am getting the error in the snapshot attached at this point. Please see attached. I have attempted to upload via remote but I don’t think it’s doing anything? If I upload the zip to the folder after initiating install it waits and gives me the attahed error. I looked at the end of the code list and I see external as the end position of the file structure and it says NO. If i am supposed to change to an option, any idea what it should be? I am not to clear on that, if that is an issue.
