Rheumatological forms?

We have been asked to customize OpenEMR for a rheumatological clinic. The main form they use there is one showing a simplified human figure whose main features are the joints; they use this form to enter (in a pre-determined fashion, with a set of already available options to choose from) what’s wrong in each particular joint.

Has anyone implemented it before? Do we have such forms for OpenEMR?

Hi,
The only graphical chart I know of is the Graphic Pain Map, which is in interface/forms. This can be copy/modified (along with changing the picture) to have a graphical note.
