Revisiting the new patient encounter form

This one is for Mark Leeds.  Hi Mark back in May of this year you were kind enough to show me how to modify the new.php and report.php files in the new patient encounter form so that it would recycle previously entered data.  I have recently entered those slashes into the CVS version of that form and it still works well thank you very much, but I have one little question. It generates a capital N and a 2 in the facility field on the encounter form and I was wondering if you had any idea what causes that?  the thread was follow up visits for same chief complaint and the last entry is dated 2006-06-06. Also I have been looking for the area in CAMOS where I can comment out the Category, Subcategory, and Item lines from printing on the form. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

In camos, look at report.php.

The other thing, I’m not sure about it.  I’ll have to look at it.

I was just looking at report.php in CAMOS and it appears that you already have 3 lines commented out that contain category, subcategory, and item but it still prints out with whatever category, subcategory, and item was first saved and then lists the content underneath.
