Came across codes library that is central to clinical rules and cqm. It appears to have been partially updated during ICD9 -> ICD10 migration. However many of the categories still contain only ICD9 codes although corresponding ICD10s are available and the design permits addition.
Is this by design? If so, it may worth including restrictions on changing the content of that library.
On a related note, that library like few others uses statics. Again not sure why since use of regular methods in most instances makes use of classes much easier and extensible.
