REQUEST for 2024 Real World Testing Reports

To maintain ONC certification, we need OpenEMR users/practices (that are in the United States) to submit a Real World Testing report. It is super easy to run the report in OpenEMR, which you then just need to submit to the OpenEMR Foundation at hello@open-emr.org .

  • Instructions
    1. Log in to OpenEMR
    2. Go to Reports->Clinic->‘2024 Real World Testing Report’
    3. Click ‘Start Report’
    4. Click ‘Print Report’ and save the PDF to a file
    5. Email the file to the OpenEMR Foundation at hello@open-emr.org. In the email, please confirm your practice is in the United States and state the clinical setting of your practice (this can be Primary/Specialty Care setting, Behavioral Health Care setting, or any other setting).

Note that none of the information collected in this report contains patient information or clinic information. It just collects metrics on the use of certain features in OpenEMR.
