reporting a bug/error after applying the 7.0.2.1 2024-05-28, when we add 2 allergies the erros in pic shows up and doesnt go on refreshing.

the other pts dashboard opens fine, but the one whose 2 allergies were added cant be accessed.

and after entering 2 medications , after that if u try to click allergies, blank page opens.

Has there been any update on the code for this issue please.

For the time being I have hidden allergies, medications, medical issues from admin section and
i am atleast able to access pt data.

this is the error we get when we type allergies and then try to goto pt dashboard.

hi after the latest patch was applied and i started getting error after adding allergies,

we backup and restore the sql to a new db >>> it shows this error.
Can anyone look into it pl.
