I’m trying to create a layout form that retrieves the patient’s information, but when I create a Field that is Source:patient, ID(?): fname // lname// street // etc… the layout form comes up with text saying Unknown (fname) // Unknow (lname) // Unknown (street)… Is there a way to just display the patient’s info without the “Unknown” in front of it and also with out the ( brackets ).
