Remove "Referring Provider" and "POS Code" from each encounter and report

Version: OpenEMR 6.1.0(1)

Tested on Linux Mint 20.3 and OpenEMR demo

I noticed that every time I tried to generate report, these two popped up.
Referring Provider and POS Code:

These two weren’t there with version 5.0.1

I tried to look under /interface/patient_file/report/custom_report.php but didn’t see an option to remove that.

Is there anyway to remove that because I don’t need it on every encounter and report?
