Regarding the birth,operation and expire report

Situation
I have gone through the Full openemr menus. I logged into the openemr with the admin logins and then have looked into the whole framework but did not find the report section for
birth,operation and expire. Can you please help me out in this.

OpenEMR Version
I’m using OpenEMR version 5.0.2

Browser:
I’m using: Chrome browser

Operating System
I’m using: Windows

We think you need the patient demographic report.

In order to generate a patient demographic report please follow the below steps,

-> Goto Patient/Client > Patients

-> Select a patient

-> In Demographics > Click Reports

-> Under Patient Report, you can see sections like Demographics, Immunizations, Insurance, Billing etc…,

-> Select the checkbox of appropriate sections needed

-> And Click Download PDF
