Recommended edit/delete functionality in Ofc notes

@brady,
While working on Miscellaneous->Ofc notes, found there was no option to edit/delete the notes.Whether we have any other way to do the same or it is an new feature to be added.

hi @visolveemr ,

Looks like there’s an active/inactive flag, so no real need to offer delete. Could instead have it default to only show the Active notes rather than all.

If you think edit would be helpful, then go for it, but this will likely further complicate logging of author(s) of the office notes.

We did look into the code and found that default already shows only the active notes.
So we agree that delete option is not required since we have active and inactive tags.
Hence no changes are required in the code and the thread has been closed.
