re-Open billing or reprinting HCFA

we have Windows, latest OpenEMR; we printed out several forms of HCFA today; all misaligned; but we also noticed that the printed  visit (OEMR called it billed already)  disappear from the Billing Report tab; there we can see Generate X12, Generate HCFA, MArk as Clear and Re-Open tabs; we can not fingure how we can Re-Open the patient visit again or re-print the visit to HCFA;

this could be a potential great problem; if insurance company reject our claim (or we printed and accidentally spread or misaligned the HCFA in its format), then after we’ve correct the cpt/icd then how can we re-input or regenerate or “Re-Open” them into the HCFA?

Hi
  At the top of the billing screen remove the check mark next to Show Unbilled Only.  Make sure the dates are correct.  Click on Change view.

Select the invoices to re-open and click on Re-open at the top.
