we have Windows, latest OpenEMR; we printed out several forms of HCFA today; all misaligned; but we also noticed that the printed visit (OEMR called it billed already) disappear from the Billing Report tab; there we can see Generate X12, Generate HCFA, MArk as Clear and Re-Open tabs; we can not fingure how we can Re-Open the patient visit again or re-print the visit to HCFA;
this could be a potential great problem; if insurance company reject our claim (or we printed and accidentally spread or misaligned the HCFA in its format), then after we’ve correct the cpt/icd then how can we re-input or regenerate or “Re-Open” them into the HCFA?
