Questions about LBF

Hey guys

I created some layout based forms to input clinical info for patients. Below are some things that couldn’t be resolved:

  1. Patient → New – tabs miss their title

  2. Patient → New – can’t find a way to widen the textboxes into something more than 1 line, so that one can read its contents easily

  3. Patient → New → Search (scroll down) → click on any patient → Dashboard – can’t get rid of certain tabs (pretty much everything except “Demographics”)

  4. is there a way to merge all different tabs into one single document and export it in doc format?

  5. i used a listbox w/ search to look up for a specific drug. However, i cant find a way to add multiple listboxes w/ search bar to add multiple drugs

Any help would be invaluable!

Hi @Athanasios_Samaras welcome to the forum.
Can you post screenshots of the LBF and how it’s misbehaving? For example, how the title is missing, and any of the other problems you can show.
