Question on Quality Management System (QMS) for OpenEMR

Hello,

I am currently working on a project that involves researching meaningful use (MU) objectives and how they play out in different medical EHRs. I am looking to find a tangible example of a QMS, if one was used for the development of OpenEMR. Any information would be greatly appreciated.

We did not use a specific QMS for OpenEMR MU2 development and certifcation.

For clarity to the rest of the community: there are specific defined QMS “systems” such as ISO9001 that could be used when developing and managing software projects. They have nothing to do with Clinical Quality Management and are not required for certification.
