Quality Measures and follow up

I’ve entered some tobacco, weight (in Vitals) and mammogram data for patient encounters. However, under Clinic, Standard Measures, I see nothing. V.4.1 Can someone help - the CDR page is not helpful for my level of understanding. How do I get data to show on the Standard Measures report? TIA.

Hi,

If possible, copy/paste what you are seeing here. Also, are you using OpenEMR 4.1.0 or 4.1.1 ?

Using 4.1.0. Not sure how to attach or embed a pic. Quality measures, such as smoking, which show up as passive alerts, I clear. When I run the Standard Measures report with me as provider, active plan selected, just nothing except the report outlines and zeros for all data points.

hi,
What happens is you do the report for all providers? Also, have you installed any patches for 4.1.0 (if so, which number; this will be in parenthesis to right of the version number in your login screen)?

If I run the report for all (cumulative), then it comes back blank, i.e. column headers but no zeros as data points.
No patches applied - and I can’t get a patch applied, most likely.

Hi,

Just realized you should be selecting Passive Alert Rules and Ignore the Active Plans. Try that. If not working, then lets us know following:
Operating System?
Number of total patients?
In your patients demographics, are you setting yourself as the Choices->Provider?

There have been many fixes and optimizations to these reports in 4.1.1. My main recommendation would be to upgrade to 4.1.1 followed by going to the most recent 4.1.1 patch (Back up your OpenEMR before doing this)

I will try to get the admin guy to upgrade and apply the patches before I start troubleshooting anymore! Thanks for your help!

Adding myself as provider in Choices->Provider in Demographics worked! Thanks much!!

Would you know which table in the db is inserted my name as provider in the Choice->Provider Gui?
