I just tested it. At least in my 4.0 environment if an ID card is present then all items under it disappear (No Appointments, MP, Allergies Immun, etc). If the patient does not have an ID car image all is good.

This minor enhancement has been committed to the CVS trunk. I think it could be improved with some cool automatic sizing to scale up small images and maybe use the patient reports PDF->JPG conversion trick to allow PDF files to be viewed in the window. but theres always tomorrow ….
