Situation
I made the switch from a developer version to production. I have been working on gathering all the requirements for Ohio Department of Behavioral Health EHR certificate requirements. I did the notions of: Niginx reverse proxy setup, WireGuard VPN, https A+ rating, entered reCAPTCHA strings, enabled patient portal and MFA under login. I haven’t done much besides a test email. Had a Test Patient, visited CHPL and disappeared while reading a $300 and $150 certification fee. I also have running containers for OpenElis, ORTHANC-pacs &OHIF, NextCloud and ErpNext. I’ve kept the Production version of OpenEMR pretty stock though. No staff, etc., to assign much to the portal. So overall, everything else seems common UI settings/connections… And would appreciate the proper contact now that I destroyed development versions enough to be confident I won’t break it enough my disaster recovery and other documentation won’t get me out of. Which obviously can supply to a certificate reviewer. Any assistance on what staff contact would be appreciated. I’m guessing the $300 entails some type of lingo on when to contact, etc..
Edit:
I may have just learned my first experience in the registration and certificate workflow, lol. I went back to the website and it said here’s your certificate. I guess just curious to whether that’s the automated workflow. I’ve read a lot this past month. Some state no fee, some state fee. The certificate seems pretty straightforward, meets base criteria. I just want to make certain I’m not walking off whether a fee and/or just an occasional donation once loaded up with a bunch of clients good? There’s a few minor quirks I learned on the Windows version while installing. Namely the netRX type imports and file sizes. I’ll find the folder/file when needed, etc. I kept all those suggested requirements.
OpenEMR Version
I’m using OpenEMR version 8.2
