Process to remove default clinical reminders

Situation
On my patient page, I see the default clinical reminders widget shows:

Clinical Reminders (collapse)
Measurement: act_wt   (Past Due) ?
Education: act_wt   (Past Due) ?
Education: act_nutrition   (Past Due) ?
Education: act_exercise   (Past Due) ?
Measurement: act_bmi   (Past Due) ?

Is there any way to remove these?
OpenEMR Version
