I have just installed 8.4.1 but am having problems with the procedure configuration and testing. Tiers fail to save under their parents. When you save the group tier and add a procedure order (second tier), it displays as a group tier and not under the group tiers when you expand the plus sign on the left side of the group tiers, and the discrete tier acts the same. When you add a second or third tier, it fails to show up unless you refresh (even then, some fields are missing and need editing), and it doesn’t save under the group tiers you added it to. When able to add any of the discrete tiers, they show and can be used in encounter. Procedure order added displays on the patient chart but then fails to display in pending review. It’s there any help?
