Problem User/Patient linking to Facilities

Hi

I am new to OpenEMR and so this question might have been answered though through some preliminary albeit rudiementary search i didnt see the answer to this query.

I have installed OpenEMR 4.0.0 and added the Patch as well. Now when I try to add a User or Patient Encounter, in the Facilities Drop Down Menu I only see the Default facility though I might have defined 3 more facilities.

Is there a way in which I can assign a User/Patient Encounter to a particular Facility?

The facilities only show up in the drop down of the are selected as “Service Locations”. Check that and see.
