Private Video in OpenEMR Documentation

I found a private video embedded in the OpenEMR documentation here: OpenEMR 7.0.2 Users Guide - OpenEMR Project Wiki

Not sure if this should be removed from the docs, video updated, etc.

Apologies if this is not the correct place to report such things, if I find more things like this in the future is there a more “Correct” place to create an issue?
