Printing reports of encounters for audits

Hi,

Let me start by saying we are not being audited

However, we would like to be safe and know the process. Is there a way to print encounters with details of what was done during the encounter? I know if we do the regular print function of the encounter screen it does give the notes and forms used but what about if we added medical problems, medications, allergies, etc. during the visit? Is there a way to get a report/printout of everything that was done for the visit? Any help in this would be greatly appreciated.

FYI we are using the latest 4.1.1 version with the 7th patch.

Thank You

Easy.  Look up the patient record.  At the top left of the demographics screen there is a link ‘Report’.  Click that, the you will get a screen with a ton of check boxes.  These allow you to select any or all parts of the Medical Record.   Choose the "Select ALL’ check box and then UNCHECK anything you don’t want on the printout,  click GENERATE REPORT button.

That’s it.
