Prepayments not showing in reports

Situation
Unable to balance at end of day

OpenEMR Version
I’m using OpenEMR version 5.0.2-2

Browser:
I’m using: FF 75.0

Operating System
I’m using: Ubuntu Server 18.04

Logs
No errors related to this

We are either missing some tidbit of information or we have a problem here.
Prepayments entered are not reflected in; Reports - Vists - Daily Report or Reports - Financial - Front Rec
In fact, Prepayments aren’t showing up anywhere in the Reports section.
How do we balance at the end of day when prepayments we’ve collected aren’t reflected in the reports?

There is no default option available in OpenEMR to add pre-payments to get reflected in reports section.

Need to customize the code to get the pre-payments reflected in the reports section.
