The top image is the normal receipt. The bottom is the prepayment receipt.
Has this been addressed in 5.0.1?
From what I can tell in the code base, It has not.

Is it possible that I can get you to address this issue?
I have been reading through the code and it looks like the prepayment path does not pickup the facility information. I am trying to narrow down where and how because it seems like there is only one receipt form in the code. I could be wrong but your attention would help me greatly in this instance.
