Is there a way to just setup the program for billing and scheduling and not have the EMR?

Once a patient record has been set up, scheduling / appointments have no prerequisites related to the medical records.
If you do not use the medical records part of the software, you would have an extra step of creating an encounter / visit which involves 2 clicks.
