Have you populated the ICD9 codes in the main part of OpenEMR yet?
Check out the CAMOS instructions here:
http://open-emr.org/wiki/index.php/CAMOS_module
(it looks like you need to first fill out the Fee Sheet, then when clicking the ICD9 button, it will bring this in)
(Also check out the ‘Advanced Use’ function for ways of entering in codes directly and cloning them for future repeat use)
