Need phone number field for users (not patients).
I checked and there is no place for phone, mobile phone, pager.
Needed to send SMS to doctors.

Thank you, Is there no relationship between Users and Address Book? I add to users, but need to create new entry in phone book? I was hoping to find it on the main user’s page like in my previous version 5.x…
I don’t recall we ever allowed addresses from Users. Perhaps you have a custom modification but Address book will auto make the relationship to the user based on user proper name.
I am challenged trying to understand the disconnect between USERS and ADDRESS BOOK. Logically I could plug in the new USER phone number when adding. But now have to add the user, then go to a different module to enter telephone numbers. AND, the Address book is under ADMIN, not available to clinical workers and doctors. I know its going to give me fits trying to pull data with API, because I have to reference another table to get that and not sure if I can do it in a single API call but will find out. It just seems illogical. Perhaps I need to add some fields to the USERS table so I can have my way with it. How do others handle this disconnect between users and users phone number? I am coming from V5, perhaps that version was modified.
From V.5x… Perhaps I need to activate the SMS module?
And perhaps not. Does this look like a customization that was done to the users table and form?
Thank you very much for your reply. No one ese answered, the screenshot above, so I will assume this was something customized in 5.02. I am hopeful the upgrade will carry it over. It is so much more efficient to add user, phone, email address, and select carrier information in a single pane.
