  Has anyone developed Growth charts for Children between the ages of 0 and 2yrs?

It is age dependent.  For patient who is less than 2 year-old, a growth chart for 0-2 year-old will be displayed.  Otherwise, a growth chart for 2-18 will show. Hope it helps.
