Hi i would like to ask if this is a bugs or its just the way it is. Using mobile or Tablet the PDF viewer is not working.
To recreate the issue :
In the Patient Dashboard → Document → Privacy Document → xxxx.pdf, In Desktop view once you click the pdf file it will display the content of the pdf, but using mobile or table it will display. I also test this in the demo version and its the same with us.

Type of tablet? I know of folks using iPads and they haven’t reported this issue.
I don’t have any Android devices to test with here (all Macs for desktops and Linux for servers) , so unfortunately I can’t try to replicate the problem or experiment with solutions.
Hi @Penguin8R im using tablet (Android, Lenovo), the attached screen come directly from the demo site. Since every-time i see something is wrong i always check in the demo site if its only me or even on the demo site the same.
This is specific to Chrome. Use Firefox, or maybe Opera.
@adaplas so is this a bug if user used a Chrome?
Also experiencing this on Android Chrome and edge. Works fine on Firefox. Opera starts a download. It doesn’t display the PDF in the browser. For images it shows the same controller.php as chrome and edge
