PDF output of LBF form in reports causing issues

Hi…
The PDF output in the Patient Summary->Reports for the LBF forms are causing issues. The LBF output is getting cropped in the pdf output. It was fixed by terry hill few commits back and after the LBF upgrade the code line was commented out causing the issue. I have changed the code for this and now the LBF forms are showing nicely in the pdf output. The other forms are working fine. Here is the commit:
