I’m having an issue where I have a number of clerks who are adding patients to the calendar and checking them in, but the majority of the patients are not showing up on the calendar. I can also see the amount of patients that should be showing in the data above the table but it does not match whats showing in the table. I have admin access and permissions on all locations how ever I cant see all of the patients. They are using the same location, same doctor and all the clerks have the same permissions.
If I search for the name of a patient I know should be showing on the flow board but isn’t and give it about 20 seconds the patient shows up, but without the search i would not be able to see that patient on the flow board.
