Situation
Firts time user have to enter new crendentials. when i click log in an error This page isn’t working appear. Im try to login again, its the same error. I have to reset the crendentials in admin page. Then the error happen agains after im enter the new crendential.
Already allow patient portal=YES

It’s difficult to tell what precisely is missing from your portal configuration- the error messages are not very specific, are they? Have you looked at the wiki documentation for setting up and using the portal? Here’s the main page with the over-view of the portal and links to the sub pages that give details
