Patient Portal Login Issue


I have created a portal username and password for a patient. But I am not to log in as the patient to the portal. It keeps saying ‘Something went wrong. Please try again.’ I even tried resetting the credentials but still no luck.

Can you please help?

are you requiring the email address in the Globals (configuration)?

Yes. I provided email address in patient contact details too.

did you allow portal in demographic choices?

prob be best if the create portal credentials button wasn’t able to be activated unless this was set
