Sherwin, thanks for your response. Figured out it had to do with the demographics.php. I do have a question also about the portal on what file need to look at to remove the following verbiage starting at this and till the end of the screenshot - “3rd party API Access…” This is part of the email message going to the patients on the portal credentials email that goes out.
