Can you verify that the card does exit in the specified folder? Also, can you try reapplying the patch and run the https://mysite/openemr/sql_patch.php again?
Sherwin, thanks for your response. Figured out it had to do with the demographics.php. I do have a question also about the portal on what file need to look at to remove the following verbiage starting at this and till the end of the screenshot - “3rd party API Access…” This is part of the email message going to the patients on the portal credentials email that goes out. Thanks!
@Jit_Chawla That text can be found in two files in the following location (at least on oemr7)
mysite/templates/emails/partials/patient/
The files have a long name and end in .twig
Having said that, this info is included into multiple other files related to emails. Many of those files are located here:
mysite/templates/emails/patient/subfolders
And to keep things simple, there are two more files that you’ll want to look at:
mysite/interface/patient_file/summary/create_portallogin.php
mysite/portal/account/account.lib.php
The last two files put the “3rd Party…” stuff in the email subject line.
If you need the system to be running as an ONC certified product, be careful in how you change this verbiage. ONC has a strict requirement for the (g)(10) patient access criteria that patients must be provided instructions on how to use any 3rd party application of their choice to access their patient data via FHIR. Removing those instructions and not providing a similar mechanism for the patient to have access to the 3rd party FHIR address / information will run the product outside of its certified compliance.
@adunsulag thanks for the info. I’ll keep that in mind as well.
