Hi @Vickey_Chavan are you using the same browser on both admin and patient? I also encounter this error before, but in our case the patient it self is the one who will create there account in the patient portal, and during login we have this same error, try to login using another browser.
Thanks
Casper
Hi , we have created patient portal through admin portal. Is there any option that patient can create his portal from his side? If so how?
Also in chrome we are using admin dashboard and in Firefox/edge we are trying to login as patient , but it throwing error .
Verify password is correct. This is usually cause for reject on log in. Patients may self register through button on log in dialog.
Also be advised that most all issues folks run into for a new install and setup of OpenEMR can be found on this forum under one topic or another. You’ll find that most all OpenEMR reviews will note how active, diligent and friendly this community is.
Hi @Vickey_Chavan as far as i know there is two way to grant a patient access in the patient portal.
the practitioner (doctor) will create an access for the patient in patient dashboard (same with your screenshot)
the patient will access the patient portal and sign-up/create an account.(Patient Self Registration )
Thanks
Casper

You might want to refer to these wiki pages for the complete version of the partial instructions posted above:

And here is how to make that search of the forum suggested above by @sjpadgett
Good luck in your quest!

@Vickey_Chavan
Have you actually followed the portal setup instructions in the links provided above?
You do need to set up reCAPTCHA and enter the site key and secret key before the self- register button will display in the lower left of the panel, as shown in the OP’s screenshot above:

@Vickey_Chavan
Send a screenshot of your Portal global setting screen that shows all the settings, not only that one. As I said above, the ‘Register’ button will not appear unless you have all the self- registration items filled in.
Hi @Vickey_Chavan , @htuck is correct you need to filled in all item especially the Google reCAPTCHA you need to open an account in Google for reCAPTHCHA since its one of the requirements.

Hello @Vickey_Chavan
Thanks for the visual indication that you do not have the captcha enabled, as has been mentioned is required for your project to be successful.
The links I sent above to the wiki docs on the portal tell how to do all this. Give them a look, take a shot and see how it works out.
