Patient Phone number on appointment screen

Does any one know it you can set up the appointment screen to display the patients phone number.

Need to do some programming. Should be relatively easy. In the php file where the patient name is found, “Lastname, Firstname” the field is combined from the Demographic Who part.

The telephone number is in the Demographic Contact part and are registered in the same table. Be sure to get the correct table name and correct telephone number, since there are about five telephone options. Can’t help you with a statement like if empty than choose next if etc…

Double clicking the appointment brings up the Add Events dialog, which lists the home phone to the right of the patient’s name.

When I follow your suggestion. I find myself in the Summary page and have to open Demographics => Contact to see the telephone numbers.

This might be to many Clicks if I read the question correct.

Is the summary page the same as the Add Events page?

It also could be an option to include telephone number in the popup window. (I used Demo V4.1.3 week edition)

click on patient name => demographics
click on time => appointment details
click on blank slot => add appointment for current patient
