We are able to create new encounter and complete an office visit with vitals, physical exam, ROS and HPI - however I need help how I can finalize this note sign it and send it to the referring physician and save it for future quick review.
We can create a final report under report tab - however this does not have signature. If I go to printable version it gives me option to sign but no option to save it. Please help.

Could print it as a pdf (use web browser to print to PDF) to get in format to send to a referring physician. The CAMOS note module has some nice patient note printing/saving features:

finalize/signing of notes can not be done; this feature is in high demand, though. Hopefully a developer/vendor/contributor will take this on soon.
