Patient_id (pid) is returning ()

The patient Id is returning empty value at the patient dashboard
I’m using OpenEMR version 5.0.2
I’m using: Firefox Browser on windows 10

Hello Ibrahim ( @ibshehu ),

Your two recent issues may be related. Is it the number that usually appears in the brackets next to the patient’s name at the top of the screen that is missing? (The number is the pubpid (External ID) for a patient). Is this problem occurring in the OpenEMR installation that had the pubpid database column deleted?

Were the numbers there before? You are not sharing what happened before the numbers disappeared. The software did not come this way. What happened? Then we can help you.
