Is there is any way to check No Show history for patients missing their appointments. Every time patient no show for appointment, we checking in calendar schedule - No Show sign. But after certain period of time, we can’t proof to the patient about no shows, because there is no any information in the patient chart, if encounter was not created. And we can’t remember what day on calendar was patient appointment missed. Please let me know how to save in patient chart appointments history.

To check the ‘No Show’ history for a patient, in the left-nav, go to Visits -> Appointments. In this screen, in the search filter, select ‘No Show’ for the status and submit. All the patients with 'No Show’status will be displayed based on the search filters used. Refer no-show-2.png.
