I have installed openemr 7.0.2 and I selected French as standard language , some words are not correctly translated. Example Ledger translate to contabilidade, Transactions to Transferts but the same translation on demo.openemr.io are Ledger and Transactions.
Any idea for this?

hi peter,
i don’t have a clear answer, but notice there is some information on the page reached from the menu admin->system->language, the information is displayed with the small ‘info’ button at the foot of the page and displays the file interface/language/lang.info.html
i’m not sure i understand how to correct translations, but section II does refer to the way one can contribute correct translations to the project.

it looks to me as though the files containing the translations are in contrib/util/language_translations directory - there’s a read me there as well. This may help? i’ve not looked too thoroughly and i’m afraid i have to go out for the rest of the day, but might have time in the morning to explore some more, unless other people are able to give you more useful suggestions!
Thank you! It can be more helpfull if anyone can tell me which of those file can be modified for each menu or submenu or template to be in French. Exemple when i generate report for patient payment “posting payment”, the result is in English, not French.

Thank you for the feedback! Is there anything missing for the translation. French is a language that is already exist but not translating correctly. The demo verson for openemr 7.0.2 is translating correctly. I cannot find the correct answer on the link. Is there new version for the language to import to solve the issue? The link shows language version 6.0.0. I don’t know if it’s the recent version for openemr 7.0.2.
