My application is PDQ supplier. I want to load some patient records in openemr which can act as PDQ Consumer. I want to send a QBP message from my application to openemr to query some patient records. How to achieve this ?

Communication languages are the unknowns here. In order for OEMR to communicate with any outside software, they have to speak the same language such as SQL, API, FHIR, HL7, CCA, CCD, XML, CSV . That is all the soup I have for now. But that is where it will have to start.
