OpenEMR taking a long time to load on localhost

Hello everyone. I have been trying to learn openEMR software to use it in a small clinic. I have been facing issues with its load time on localhost server. It takes about 3-4 minutes to login or update any sort of query in the software which should not be the case on localhost. Any reasons this might be happening and you guys can help me with?

no prob, what is openemr running on? gnu/linux, mac os, windows?

Apache/2.4.46 (Win64) OpenSSL/1.1.1h PHP/8.0.1 Server at localhost Port 80

I’m running the xampp apache server.

What hardware (server) are you running this on? I use AWS to “host” this EMR, and I try to make sure to pick the fastest hardware that I can afford to speed up the operation of the system.
