Please help me guys… thank you

Logs
After clicking Register, below is the error:
OpenEMR.ERROR: account.php action do_signup failed because unabl e to collect pid from pid_holder
Hi @mike - welcome to the forum and the OpenEMR community!
A couple different things could do that, one of which is not having SMTP set up. But if you look in the EMR did it create the patient account with the demographics info you entered in the registration?
With regards to the steps in wiki-docs, I have already performed the SMTP and Re-Captcha Configuration. Email is already enabled and verification is working.
The problem seems to be coming from the email verification when the link is clicked, the PID is not carried properly back to the Portal.
However, i will do all the next steps of instructions you provided
Thank you so much Harley !! I will keep in touch.
I can’t tell exactly where the problem occurs.
Are you saying that you have a Register buttong but when you click is when the error occurs?
Do you get to the Captcha entry?
Hi Jerry, i was able to fix it by changing the apache2.conf wherein i configured the “AllowOverride” parameter to “ALL” under the document root “var/www” - i got this fix from another forum here posted by “Gerardo - geromoss” last Dec 2018.
My problem right now is that i cant login using the Patient Portal, im getting “Something went wrong”. I check the logs and found this error below:
PHP Warning: Undefined array key “authUser” in /var/www/html/openemr/portal/lib/appsql.class.php on line 202
This is also in our install docs I believe and there are several post on our forum threads concerning same.
Not an error but a logging warning and hasn’t anything to do with not being able to log in.
try clear browser cache
and/or reset password in patient Dashboard.
