Has anyone developed a complete Lab Exchange documentation that includes the steps to complete with LabCorp to get the lab results interface working in 4.0.0?
I am also looking to get a demo account working Does anyone have the settings for that too?

The interface to labcorp is via Medical Information Integration Lab Exchange Network. The basic documentation is located on the wiki pages at: http://wiki.oemr.org/wiki/OpenEMR_4.0_Users_Guide#Supplementary_Documentation
You need to contact info@mi-squared.com (Medical Information Integration) for contract and setup with Labcorp for a specific practice.
