Does anybody know of or an active Implementation or use of OpenEMR in Germany?

I tried it last year, but it proved to be a Nightmare, because there seemed to be no Support for the German version of ICD 10. And there were other problems. Therefore I gave it up.

I am going to try it again, but I fear I will have to fork and customy it in a way, that I will not be able to risk official updates.

THank you. If it is as you describe (@Kathrin_Motzkus ) then it is probably not usable really, at least not at present.
