Situation
My database is present and working as we use EMR 7.02, php8.3 and back it up daily. during our most recent upgrade to there were problems with the UTF encoding. Robert James was kind enough to rebuild it. Prior to this rebuild I could query the database and extract patient birthdays in mysql. Since the rebuild we also updated to mariadb. Now if I try to export birthdays using command line it returns a “no record” result. When try to view the data in phpmyadmin it says “no records”. However the data is somewhere as we use it. what can I do to get to my data. I am concerned that the could be a problem also in the next upgrade or update
