OpenEMR Cloud Express - New User - Can't Connect

I’ve followed the installation instructions to a T for the Cloud Express on AWS, & my instance seems to be up & running. But when I go to the DNS or the IPV4 in order to log in, I keep getting site can’t be reached because its taking too long to run. It’s been about 2 hours since I set up the instance.

I’m using a Chrome Browser on MacBook Pro - does that matter?

I saw your post elsewhere, but there’s two things you can check – whether you can reach the box via ssh, and whether you can reach another Ubuntu instance by ssh.

If you can’t even log in, that’s pointing to network or VPC issues that I won’t be able to help with. If you can connect, then I can tell you where to find a log file with more information.
